Meet Boris

Boris Nikic is Spomenka’s young son, and new business partner. He just recently completed his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with a minor in Commerce, at the University of British Columbia. While in the process of obtaining his degree, Boris contemplated what he was going to do career wise, post graduation. After looking at different pathways such as Law School, or becoming a Financial Advisor, Spomenka asked Boris: “Have you ever considered Real Estate?” Having a mother as a REALTOR® and a father as a Property Manager, Boris has always had Real Estate around him while growing up. However, he never even considered it as a career option. After weighing the pros and cons, Boris decided to give it a try. Ever since then, Boris signed up for the Real Estate Licensing Course and has not looked back. Finishing the Licensing Course while still in school, allowed Boris to obtain his license quickly following his degree completion. Now, Boris is eager to start working his new career, while following in his mother’s footsteps.

Boris is an avid soccer fanatic, having played the beautiful game since he was 5 years old. His dreams of playing professionally were unfortunately stopped by a devastating injury to his knee. After a successful surgery, Boris still often plays, but not at the same frequency as prior. In addition to soccer, Boris loves to watch all sports, including tennis and basketball. He loves to travel the world, learning about different cultures and seeing amazing sights. Music is another passion of Boris’. He loves to create and listen to it whenever he gets the opportunity to. Spending time with family and friends is very important to Boris, as he makes sure that there is always time to see them.

Working together with his mother as “Team Nikic” in a new career is both exciting and stressful for Boris. With his mother’s guidance and his own knowledge about Economics and Real Estate, Boris is confident in himself in becoming a professional Real Estate Agent. He looks forward to helping and meeting any potential future clients!
